J. Ernest Green dons cowboy boots and a tux to conducts The Washington Symphonic Brass in a celebration of the American West at St. Anne’s.
Journey through the wide-open spaces west of the Mississippi with this accomplished ensemble of orchestra players who will perform music from the film Dances with Wolves, Aaron Copland’s Rodeo, Grand Canyon Suite by Ferde Grofé, John Williams’ The Cowboys, and more.
The renowned WSB brass players will take you through the wide-open spaces and canyons west of the Mississippi, the backdrop of the great migration when the United States expanded from the Atlantic to the Pacific Ocean.
