Annapolis Chamber Orchestra

The Annapolis Chamber Orchestra was established in 1990 by Music Director J. Ernest Green to enhance Chorale performances and to help the organization build a consistent, cohesive and self-supporting program.¬† Now recognized as one of the premier orchestras in the region, the Annapolis Chamber Orchestra has performed at Carnegie Hall on three occasions, had works commissioned for them, and has accompanied some of the world’s finest musicians, including¬† mezzo-soprano Mignon Dunn,¬† National Symphony Orchestra concertmaster Nurit bar Joseph and opera legend Sherrill Milnes.
